A little about the print:

An experiment of beauty in the macabre, fish taco is a love story of food, homage to the source of said food and the delicious things we can make with it.

Though not quite a traditional taco, this is based off a gochujang-based sauce fish taco that was inspired by an old flat mate who wanted to try the sauce on a Korean fried chicken I had made with his fish taco and have since really enjoyed making.

Vague recipe:

• Gochujang based sweet, spicy, hot sauce.
• Fine shredded red cabbage
• Pickled red onion
• Coriander
• Spring onion
• Avocado
• Red chillis
• Squiz of lime

Packaging:

Each print is shipped with backing board, and wrapped for protection.
