An experiment of beauty in the macabre, fish taco is a love story of food, homage to the source of said food and the delicious things we can make with it.Though not quite a traditional taco, this is based off a gochujang-based sauce fish taco that was inspired by an old flat mate who wanted to try the sauce on a Korean fried chicken I had made with his fish taco and have since really enjoyed making.
Recipe:
Gochujang based sweet, spicy, hot sauce.
Fine shredded red cabbage
Pickled red onion
Coriander
Spring onion
Avocado
Red chillis
Squeeze of lime
